The hotel was very spacious, with a heart-shaped jacuzzi that worked great for us. The room was cool when we arrived, allowing us to easily set up a pack n play for the baby and still have room to walk around. However, shutting the door was a bit tricky at times.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. The rooms, though they were clean and comfortable, had a lingering smell of smoke that was off-putting. The service was friendly but a bit inconsistent, with some staff being welcoming and others seeming bothered by my presence. The location was convenient for exploring the town but had some cleanliness issues. The dining options were limited and disappointing for the price. However, the facilities were decent and met expectations.
The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring Boone and offers a great area to admire the country's wonders. The rooms, despite a few glitches and a previous cigarette smell issue, were overall clean and neat. Dining options varied but had some inconsistencies in service times and selection.
